RESEARCH CENTER FOR CIVIL ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY (RCCET)


The Research Center for Civil Engineering and Technology (RCCET) was established as a research unit of BSH CG. RCCET focuses its research on forward-looking topics such as error management in construction management, energy efficiency in buildings, smart living and smart cities, digitalization in the construction industry, sustainable construction, and modular construction.

RESEARCH CENTER FOR REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT (RCREM)



The Research Center for Real Estate Management (RCREM) was established as a research unit of BSH CG. RCREM focuses its research on the role of digitalization in the areas of sustainability, project development, organizational development, and project marketing (digitalization of project development and project marketing), as well as investment activities in existing building portfolios.


RESEARCH CENTER FOR MARITIME TRANSPORT AND DATA (RCMTD)



The Research Center for Maritime Transport and Data (RCMTD) was established as a research unit of BSH CG. RCMTD focuses its research on forward-looking topics such as sustainability in maritime shipping, marine error management, and Smart Sea.

RESEARCH CENTER FOR OUTER SPACE AND TECHNOLOGY (RCOST)



The Research Center for Outer Space and Technology (RCOST) was established as a research unit of BSH CG. RCOST focuses its research on forward-looking topics such as error management in outer space, construction in space, and Smart Space.
